Gerard Orozco
Gerard Orozco is a Senior Associate with Tobin + Parnes Design Enterprises. Gerard’s responsibilities include project conceptual development, contract and lease review, site analysis, development and coordination of construction documents, complete contract administration and project management.
Gerard is a knowledgeable architect who has a strong pragmatic approach to creative problem solving. He has a thorough understanding of what client goals are and has extensive experience in all facets of project development. Gerard is a strong natural teacher: a quality that generates client confidence and underlines his importance to the TPDE team.
Gerard Orozco received a BA of Architecture with a Minor in Psychology with Highest Honors from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York. He has received numerous awards and honors. They are: The Arthur Edwards Award for Outstanding Scholarship in Building Technology, Pratt Circle Award, Presidential Scholar Award and Brian Goldberger Scholarship Award.
Gerard is bilingual English/Spanish.
